A beautiful café has been created by the villagers as phase one of a plan to convert the old Bryngelynnen farm into a centre for both the walkers and the community. Here you can relax beside an inglenook fireplace with a slice of delicious homemade cake and tea or a soup served by one of the volunteers.
The tasteful restoration using traditional materials and has won the 2007 Rural Award from CPRW - The Campaign for the Preservation of Rural Wales (Meirionnydd). An additional award was presented for traditional slate fencing. |
